Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, although spacious for three people, had a lingering smell of smoke masked by air freshener, which was not ideal. The decor felt outdated with a somewhat grandiose appearance. On the bright side, the service was exceptionally courteous and professional, especially considering my husband was undergoing surgery. The location, surrounded by a beautiful garden and wildlife, made for scenic walks with my dog, offering a peaceful retreat. The dining options were adequate, serving a variety of foods, but the selection was a bit basic. Despite some downsides, the facilities were well-maintained and functional.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, though lacking the imperial look I expected, were clean and had a more ordinary feel with their tile flooring. On the bright side, sipping wine while enjoying the garden view was a nice touch. The air freshener was a pleasant addition, but the overall room ambiance was a bit cold.
I was delighted with my stay at this hotel. The rooms, although covered in tiles which gave them a more ordinary look, were incredibly spacious, traditionally styled, and clean, with the added bonus of a large balcony featuring a table and chairs. The service was outstanding, from the friendly and polite staff who went out of their way to assist us, including the manager who personally collected us from the airport and even Granny who helped with various needs. The location, though a bit far from the closest railway station, was a gem surrounded by a beautiful garden and a nature reserve filled with dears, goats, and wild pigs. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, offering a good selection of cold foods and cereals, although the continental breakfast was somewhat normal. The facilities were top-notch, making my overall experience truly memorable.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean, perfect for enjoying a nice glass of wine while taking in the garden view. However, the slight smell of smoke masked by air freshener was a downside to an otherwise lovely room.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were slightly small for three people but had a cozy vibe with a view of the garden. I found the tile-covered rooms to lack a bit of warmth despite their imperial look. However, the service was exceptional, especially during a challenging time for my husband's surgery. The location was convenient for exploring nearby areas, although it was a bit rural. The dining experience, while offering a variety of food, could be improved. Overall, the facilities were decent, making it a reasonably good value for money.
